YG Entertainment stated to newsen on the 18th:

"CL and Minzy are training very hard as this is their first duet performance. You will be able to see a very charismatic dance performance."

The event is a charitable concert where fans will be chosen from a random lottery to receive free tickets.Well, almost free, all they need to bring are 2 packs of Nongshim Shin Ramen, which will then be donated to people in need.
